A substantial, heirloom-quality pendant centered on a striking Number 8 turquoise from Nevada, prized for its saturated sky-blue color and distinctive chocolate matrix. The focal stone is framed in hand-fabricated sterling silver beadwork and surrounded by a vibrant arrangement of Kingman turquoise and rich Mediterranean coral, forming a classic Southwest palette of blue and red.
Natural bear claws extend from either side, lending organic movement and honoring traditional materials long associated with historic Southwestern adornment. Layered silver textures, hand-stamped elements, and dense stone placement create depth and sculptural presence across the three-inch form.
A standout feature of this piece is its removable shepherd’s-hook bail, allowing the pendant to be worn either suspended from its integrated bail or directly on the wearer’s own necklace. The bail generously accommodates strands up to 12 mm pearls, offering versatility and collector-level functionality rarely found in handmade work.
